You will meet with Owners and General Contractors, oversee project scope from preconstruction through close-out, and mentor junior engineers and project managers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HVAC project management on large mechanical projects, with strong coordination and communication skills to drive successful outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HVAC PM on large commercial/mechanical projects.
• Experience coordinating with Owners and General Contractors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Owners and General Contractors.
• Manage one or multiple large projects.
• Be involved with projects from Preconstruction to close-out.
• Manage and help develop Project Engineers and Project Managers to help them develop within our company.
