Job summary

LVI Associates in the Bay Area is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead HVAC/plumbing construction projects from client engagement to project completion, coordinating with engineering, purchasing, accounting, and service teams.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC/plumbing project experience, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules and profitability; includes a clear path to a Project Executive role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience overseeing projects ranging from $50K to $25M+ in value.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading estimating, contracts, change orders, and client communications.
• Collaborative ability with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day operations, scope, schedule, and execution of HVAC construction projects.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, accounting, construction, and service departments.
• Leading estimating efforts, proposal development, contract negotiations, change orders, and client communications.
• Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability goals are achieved.
