At SVM, a leading mechanical contractor, we seek a Project Manager to oversee HVAC commercial projects, including budgeting, planning, and coordinating with field teams and stakeholders. This role drives opportunity through bids and strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, 5+ years in HVAC PM, and hands-on experience with estimating and design tools like AutoCAD and Revit. Full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in HVAC project management or similar role required.
• Proven experience leading small teams.
• Proficient with estimating software (fastDUCT/fastPIPE) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam and related design tools.

Aufgaben

• Procuring, planning, coordinating and executing multiple HVAC commercial projects.
• Manage financial reports, costs, billings and labor budgets.
• Communicate with field teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Participate in kickoff meetings with engineering and detailing teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with GCs and clients.
