Unified Mechanical Group in Jurupa Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical projects from award to closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, directing field crews, foremen, and subcontractors.

The role requires hands-on ownership, ability to work without a fixed playbook, and strong coordination with estimating and service teams to keep projects on track.

Formación

• Experience managing commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from award through closeout.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Experience managing budgets, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Review estimates and contracts; build and manage detailed project schedules.
• Direct field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Read drawings/specs; resolve field issues as they arise.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders with owners, GCs, and engineers.
• Track project costs and protect margin; oversee billing and lien releases.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors.
