Job summary

Mesa Energy Systems is seeking a seasoned professional to plan, direct, and control contract functions for HVAC projects and facility maintenance. You will oversee daily operations, budgeting, and subcontract administration to meet contract requirements and client goals.

You will lead a technical team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient facility performance. Strong communication and leadership are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction discipline.
• 6+ years of demonstrated experience managing HVAC projects.
• Experience with proposals, scopes of work, scheduling site contractors and PM activities.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and operations.
• Strong experience with Windows and MS Office.
• Ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in organizing and leading groups, capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare forecasts and ensure contractual and financial goals are met.
• Lead and supervise a technical team and subcontractors.
• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and project administration.
• control project expenses and ensure sound maintenance practices.
• Provide direction to staff and delegate major project assignments.
• Maintain facilities and coordinate planning with architects/engineers.
