EMCOR Group seeks a seasoned operations manager to plan and oversee all contract functions for an HVAC and facilities portfolio in California. You will direct daily operations, maintenance, and project execution while ensuring budget compliance and safety standards.

The role requires leadership of technical staff, coordination with subcontractors, and the ability to optimize performance across facilities. Travel within large sites may be required.

Qualificações

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and organize groups.
• Experience coordinating site contractors and staff.
• Ability to walk large facilities including stairs and catwalks.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all contract functions.
• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and reimbursable projects.
• Manage contract budget and supervise project personnel.
• Coordinate procurement of supplies and services; maintain inventory control.
• Develop training sessions for employees and maintain safety programs.
