EMCOR Group in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead General Trades, HVAC Mechanical and Automation projects. Plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control all contract functions to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and client satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, manage multi-million-dollar contracts, forecast expenditures, maintain documentation, and uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards on-site while coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience in HVAC plumbing or building management controls.
• 15 years of project management experience in General Trades.
• Experience managing contracts between $500,000 and $5 million.
• Knowledge of submitting proposals, scopes of work, scheduling, and coordinating site contractors.
• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct, and control project activities.
• Ability to work with customers to find solutions to difficult issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in organizing and leading groups and adapting to priorities.

• Fully responsible for the completion of all aspects of the project.
• Prepares monthly financial forecasts and updates; ensures contractual and financial goals.
• Manages project operations, turnover, schedule, customer relations, and cost control.
• Evaluates operations and controls expenses per budget and contractual requirements.
• Provides direction and supervision to staff supporting the project.
• Maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and internal resources.
• Advises clients and procurement on materials and services.
• Maintains records, files, and document control.
