Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6+ years of experience working for a mechanical (HVAC) contractor.
• Familiar with CA HVAC and/or plumbing codes.
• Technical experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen/Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs and change orders, select and monitor subs.
• Find, estimate and manage HVAC construction projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
