Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of experience with HVAC mechanical contractors on large commercial projects ($50k–$30M).
• Familiar with state building and HVAC codes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, Estimate, and Manage HVAC Construction Projects.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Ability to manage and approve: schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders, select and monitor subs.
