Responsibilities include sourcing materials, maintaining vendor relations with GCs and Owners, and managing commercial HVAC construction projects—from scheduling, submittals, RFIs, to change orders and subs, while coordinating with field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working for a Mechanical (HVAC) Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of State HVAC Codes, BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or Quickpen / Accubid preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering and/or prior field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with GC’s and Owners.
• Find, Estimate and Manage Commercial HVAC Construction Projects; schedule, billings, submittals, RFI’s & change orders, select and monitor subs.
• Meet and coordinate with Owners, General Contractors, and Sub contractors; communicate with Superintendent, Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and helpers in the field.
