Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks an HVAC Project Manager to lead large mechanical and plumbing projects in a dynamic, growth-focused firm. You will mentor project engineers and field crews, drive project estimation, and foster strong GC/Owner relationships to ensure on-time delivery.

You will gather pricing from vendors, manage schedules, submittals, RFIs and change orders, and supervise subs for successful project outcomes on commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction.
• 3+ years of experience working for HVAC mechanical contractors on large commercial projects.
• Familiar with state building and HVAC codes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and mentor all project engineers and field crew.
• Find, estimate, and manage HVAC construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Gather best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs & change orders; monitor subs.
