Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC mechanical contracting on large commercial projects ($50k–$30M+).
• Local candidate residing in the area.
• Familiarity with local/state HVAC or plumbing codes.
• Technical experience with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office, and/or QuickPen/Accubid (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders; select and monitor subs.
• Find, estimate and manage HVAC construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with GC’s and Owners.
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
