Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience with HVAC mechanical contractors on large commercial projects.
• Familiar with local HVAC/plumbing codes (Louisiana).
• Proficiency with BlueBeam, MS Project, Microsoft Office; knowledge of Quickpen/Accubid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs and change orders; coordinate subs.
• Find, estimate, and manage HVAC construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Secure best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
