• 5+ years of experience with HVAC contractors on large commercial projects.
• Proficiency with BlueBeam, MS Project, MS Office, and Quickpen/Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, billings, submittals, RFIs and change orders, and monitor subs.
• Find, estimate and manage HVAC construction projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with GCs and Owners.
• Get best pricing and on-time delivery of materials from vendors.
