Recruiting USA in Downey, CA is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee multifamily and new construction projects across Los Angeles County. This office-based role in Downey requires regular site visits to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination with general contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to drive safe, on-time project completion.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a HVAC Construction Project Manager.
• Must have multifamily new construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a HVAC Construction Project Manager.
• Must have multifamily new construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, construction processes, and project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Valid California driver's license.
• $165,000–$180,000 annual salary (DOE)
