Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a Mid to Senior Mechanical HVAC Project Manager for our Los Angeles area office. You will manage budgets, schedules, and coordination with GCs, owners, and sub-trades, with daily site visits to ensure progress.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of commercial HVAC PM experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with MS Project, BlueBeam, and MS Excel, with local presence in the LA area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience.
• Local in the Los Angeles Area preferred.
• Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam and MS Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Track subcontractors, foremen, labor and materials to align with budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades.
• Perform daily site visits to monitor progress and quality.

Responsibilities of Project Manager (HVAC):

• Ensure effective tracking of sub-contractors, foreman, labor and materials for the budget and schedule
• Coordinate with General Contractors, Owners, and other Sub-trades
• Daily site visits

Requirements forProject Manager (HVAC):

• 4 to 15 years or more of commercial HVAC Project Management experience

Preferred:

• Bachelor’sDegree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
• Prior fieldexperience in commercial HVAC
• Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, among others
• Local in the Los Angeles Area
