Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking an innovative HVAC Project Manager for Orange County, CA. You will oversee mechanical piping projects, procure subs and equipment, and maintain close client contact to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements include 5-10+ years of HVAC/MEPM experience, BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE license. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, BlueBeam, Quickpen, Excel, MS Project, and Navisworks is expected. Local OC candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in HVAC or mechanical project management.
• Experience in design, estimating, and PM of large-scale mechanical projects.
• PE license preferred or required depending on project.

Our diverse and skilled mechanical team is currently searching for an innovative and hardworking HVAC Project Manager. Candidate must be efficient in HVAC mechanical piping and have over 5-10 years experience and live in Orange County Area.

Responsibilities for HVAC Project Manager:

• Procure and manage project subcontractors and equipment vendors
• Develop the piping trade construction standards for the project
• Follow-up on any required warranty work and maintain contact with owner to insure customer satisfaction
• Estimate changes in scope of work
• Manage large jobs with minimal supervision
• Inspect the jobsite on a regular basis for contract compliance, workmanship, and safety

Requirements for HVAC Project Manager:

• Knowledge in Design, Estimating, and Project Management of large-scale Mechanical projects
