Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $120,000.00 Annually

We are hiring - HVAC PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and HVAC Professional to join our team to oversee our day-to-day operations across multiple job sights.

What you'll do:

Manage check ins with the team whether in person or on the phone, knowing where everyone is located.

Monitor progress and project quality of our work.

Ensure materials are ordered ensuring work is not delayed.

Identify and resolve issues on the field and on scheduling's.

Communicate all progress and updates with the Mangers and Dispatchers.

Maintain high standards in safety, workmanship, and accountability.

Constant follow through in communication between the team, the costumer, and our management.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in HVAC, construction management, or field supervision.

Hands on leader and Management skills.

Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving.

Dependable, Proactive, and Willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Ensures the Project is not left in an unfitting manner even when the clock strikes.

Position: Full-Time

Compensation: $100K-$120K Annual based on experience
