Mechanical Construction - Project Manager / Mechanical Engineer

We are a large mechanical contractor seeking experienced Project Managers for new construction and retrofit projects involving HVAC and Plumbing systems. Candidates must have a strong background in managing all financial aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and staff key field positions to support the Mechanical Construction Division.
2. Support, assist, and mentor project managers and assistants in problem solving and document interpretation.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, CAD, and estimating departments.
4. Assist the General Field Superintendent with responsibilities such as labor management and manpower forecasting.
5. Perform project buyouts of major materials, equipment, fixtures, and rough-in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal materials.
