What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operational management for assigned Epidemiology projects, ensuring compliance with SOPs and federal regulations
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful completion of deliverables
- Serve as the primary coordinator for study sponsors and internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration
- Prepare federally mandated reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation in accordance with regulations
- Support operational development of proposals, budgets, and contract amendments in collaboration with various stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
- 5+ years in a client-facing project management role covering all phases of the project cycle
- 2+ years of experience with contracting and operational business development
- 2+ years of experience managing relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MPH, MBA, MS, MA, or equivalent training and experience in a related field
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating with external sponsors
- Risk management and mitigation experience
- Negotiation and conflict resolution experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Project and Visio
