H.F. Lenz Companyis currently seeking an HVACProject Manager / Supervisorto lead our mission critical, commercial and data-center engineering projects at our headquarters in Johnstown, PA.

We are a full-service engineering, design and construction management firm headquartered in Johnstown, PA. Currently in our 75th year of operation, the H.F. Lenz Company offers a full range of engineering services for private and public buildings and facilities. Our high-profile projects span the nation, with the heaviest concentration in the Northeast.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leadingconstruction projects related to mechanical engineering and design, including HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that work is completed to specifications and within budget.
• Perform construction management activities from contract award to project closeout, including RFI's, submittals, schedules, installation and final walk through.
• Conduct site visits, surveys/studies, reports and other analysisin support of HVACdesign for mission critical and government facilities.
• Coordinate withengineering team members in cross-functional setting to ensure that the design is accurate and that contract responsibilities are met according to client's expectations, and maintain current quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

• A.A. Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Construction Managementor equivalent work experience.
• 10+years of experience working with Construction / MEP Building Systems Design.
• Occassional travel to project sites is required.
• Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain security clearance is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lead HVACbuilding systems from designto construction administration.
• Ability to travel occassionally toconduct on-site visits and field surveys.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and provide outstanding service to clients.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Ability to work in and foster a team environment with minimal supervision.
