Sodexo's Finance Continuous Improvement Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is highly organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator. You will be responsible for the coordination, planning, development/maintenance and delivery of multiple projects while working with other support functions at various levels within the organization.
Incentives
This is a remote position based out of your home office. This position will support a Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) work period.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring accountability for project performance, adherence to timelines, and achievement of key metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation, standardization, and simplification within the finance support function
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes effectively
- Develop and maintain project plans, including risk assessments and communication strategies
- Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues promptly and escalating risks when necessary
- Support the implementation of new business functionality and systems to streamline operations
- Assist in the development and delivery of training to our internal/external customers while working with our Change Management and Training team on new processes and systems

What You Bring
- Proven experience in leading and managing finance transformation projects
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in process improvements and standardization
- Experience with ERP system SAP is a plus

Minimum Management Experience - 5 Years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in program management or a related field
