Mechanical Construction - Project Manager - Mechanical Engineer (140K)

A large mechanical contractor is seeking to hire experienced Project Managers with expertise in new construction and retrofit of HVAC and Plumbing systems. Candidates must have a strong background in managing all financial aspects of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and staff key field positions to support the Mechanical Construction Division.
2. Support, assist, and mentor project managers and assistants in problem solving and document interpretation.
3. Collaborate closely with engineering, CAD, and estimating departments.
4. Assist the General Field Superintendent with responsibilities such as labor management and manpower forecasting.
5. Perform project buyout of major materials, equipment, fixtures, and rough-in plumbing, piping, and sheet metal materials.
