Job summary

Modigent seeks a Project Executive - HVAC to provide senior leadership for financial performance and operational excellence across construction, project management, and administration on commercial HVAC/mechanical projects.

You will lead a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, driving profitability, schedule adherence, safety, and client satisfaction through strategic oversight and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in commercial construction with large HVAC/mechanical projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Willing to travel; office-based with site visits.
• Safety-sensitive leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial targets, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee PMs, Superintendents, and project staff.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Develop client and subcontractor relationships.
