Johnson Barrow is seeking a capable administrative coordinator for our commercial HVAC projects. You will handle order processing, customer inquiries, and post-sale coordination to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service regarding material and order status via phone and/or email.
• Complete order entry or quote preparation of commercial HVAC equipment using QuickBooks or manufacturer's software.
• Coordinate with factories/ manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of product.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the flow of product and process.
• Perform analytical and administrative tasks.
• Work with key personnel to optimize our costs and customer service.
