Johnson Barrow is seeking an administrative and customer service professional to support commercial HVAC project coordination. You will process orders, resolve product availability and order status issues, and assist post-sale coordination for delivery.

Job Description

This position’s primary responsibilities include administrative and customer service duties associated with commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) project coordination. This person will receive and process orders, proactively identify opportunities to improve our service and make recommendations accordingly. They are responsible for resolving product availability and order status issues and performing all related administrative duties related to the post-sale coordination for commercial HVAC product delivery. $28-30/hour plus bonus incentives
