Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air in Western North Carolina seeks a motivated, organized HVAC Project Coordinator to manage residential replacement projects from sale through completion. You will coordinate customers, sales, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to keep projects moving.

The role emphasizes scheduling, timelines, customer communication, and coordinating permits, inspections, equipment, rebates, and warranty registrations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, construction, or customer service preferred.
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential HVAC replacement projects from sale to completion.
• Schedule installation crews and manage project timelines.
• Communicate with customers throughout their project.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, equipment, materials, rebates, and warranty registrations.
• Support our Comfort Advisors with scheduling and sold-job processing.
• Work closely with installers, warehouse staff, and leadership to keep projects on track.
• Help identify process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Supervise one administrative team member.
