Horne Heating and Air Conditioning in the Charlotte metro area is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Project Coordinator to plan sold installation projects, specify requirements, and provide crews with the information and materials they need for quality results.

This role focuses on planning, coordination, and operational support, leveraging extensive HVAC experience. A hybrid option may be available based on experience and peak-season needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential HVAC experience
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setting
• Collaborative approach across departments

Responsibilities

• Review project photos, measurements, scoping documents for sold installations
• Build installation plans and scopes of work
• Identify equipment, materials, parts, tools needed per project
• Provide crews with clear instructions and accurate project information
• Collaborate with Installation Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Team
• Ensure projects are staged and prepared for installation
• Review completed jobs for missed details and recurring challenges
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, efficiency, and profitability
• Maintain accurate project information using company software
