Job summary

Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air in Western North Carolina seeks a motivated, organized HVAC Project Coordinator to manage residential replacement projects from sale through completion. You will coordinate customers, sales, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers to keep projects moving.

The role emphasizes scheduling, timelines, customer communication, and coordinating permits, inspections, equipment, rebates, and warranty registrations.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in project coordination, operations, construction, or customer service preferred.
• HVAC experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential HVAC replacement projects from sale to completion.

Ward Plumbing, Heating & Air has been serving Western North Carolina since 1977. We're looking for a motivated, organized professional to join our team as an HVAC Project Coordinator.

This is more than a scheduling position. You'll be the person who keeps residential HVAC replacement projects moving by coordinating customers, sales, installation teams, warehouse staff, and suppliers from the initial sale through project completion.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate residential HVAC replacement projects from sale to completion
• Schedule installation crews and manage project timelines
• Communicate with customers throughout their project
• Coordinate permits, inspections, equipment, materials, rebates, and warranty registrations

Schedule:

• Day shift primarily 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Monday to Friday
• Some evenings, weekends or holidays as required

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus performance paid quarterly

Education:

• Associates Degree or Higher, commensurate experience or training will be considered
