Job summary

BGIS Integrated Technical Services (BGIS ITS) in Hudson, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator- HVAC to support on-site construction projects. You will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to keep schedules, budgets, and documentation on track.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience as a project coordinator, and proficiency with Smartsheets and Microsoft Office. This is an on-site position with hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software (Smartsheets) and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of construction project processes helpful.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with Project Managers and Superintendents to resolve issues with paperwork, invoices, receipts.
• Prepares daily paperwork for Project Manager’s approval, scans and attaches and files and forwards to processing department
• Responsible for performing clerical task associated with Projects as directed by Projects Manager and Director.
• Communicates with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
• Manages and assist with project planning and schedules.
• Documents and resolves subcontractor and vendor billing issues.
