Qualifications

• 0–2 years in construction, project coordination, administrative support, or related field.
• High school diploma required;Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Office-based role with occasional site visits; ability to walk active construction sites and lift light materials.
• Hybrid options; OSHA compliance and PPE on-site; safety-sensitive position.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project documentation management including plans, specs, and distribution.
• Help create and maintain submittal registers.
• Coordinate submittals from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain logs for equipment, materials, and site access.
• Compile as-builts, start-up reports, O&M manuals, warranties, and owner training docs.
• Update project records for clear office-field communication.
• Support monthly forecast updates and basic manpower tracking.
• Assist with budget entry and ensure billings align with contracts.
• Maintain organized project files and perform admin tasks.
• Provide professional communication with internal teams, subs, and clients.
