Responsibilities

• Provide project management support during all phases of HVAC construction.
• Review, process, organize, log and distribute contract documents and submittals.
• Assist in drafting, submitting and tracking RFIs and responses.
• Attend field coordination meetings and distribute notes.
• Administer/update progress drawings, as-builts and project closeout docs.
