Ultipro in the United States seeks a Product Specialist to lead focus areas such as light commercial, ductless, E-Premium or VRV products, coordinating engagement and achievement of division sales objectives with COD and Distributor Channel Partners.

Responsibilities include serving as Division Product Champion, developing COD/IND sales opportunities, supporting product teams, troubleshooting field issues, and traveling to field locations as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years related experience in HVAC or ductless product industry.
• Prior HVAC commercial and ductless product HVAC industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate engagement and accomplishment of division sales objectives with COD & Distributor Channel Partners.
• Act as Division Product Champion to assist in developing COD & IND product sales opportunities.
• Assist product team as it develops and work with the product applications resource.
• Coordinate resolutions and corrective actions of field product quality issues.
• Conduct or participate in quality reviews with customers at their locations.
• Oversee and direct production of technical literature, training materials and service kits.
• Provide resources and promotional support to engage TSMs to sell focused product.
