Job summary

Daikin Comfort seeks a Product Specialist to lead a focus area (light commercial, ductless, E-Premium or VRV) and coordinate engagement with COD & Distributor Channel Partners to achieve division sales objectives. The role will act as Division Product Champion to develop COD and IND product sales opportunities and support product teams.

You will travel as needed, oversee training materials, and provide resources to sales channels.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop clear price pages and sales documentation
• Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 including Excel/PowerPoint
• Ability to generate and read reports
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Competitive HVAC industry knowledge
• High integrity and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engagement and achievement of division sales objectives with COD & Distributor Channel Partners
• Act as Division Product Champion to develop COD & IND product sales opportunities
• Support product team with field input on VRV/E-Premium/ductless products
• Coordinate resolutions of field quality issues and conduct customer quality reviews
• Oversee production of technical literature, training materials, and service kits
• Travel to field locations to resolve product problems escalated to management
• Provide resources and promotional support to TSMs for focused products
• Serve as additional sales and training resource to COD and IND channels
