Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, LP seeks a Product Specialist Sales to lead a focus area (light commercial, ductless, E-Premium or VRV) and drive division sales with COD and distributor partners. This remote-but-local role supports the Texas Division and travels to field locations as needed.

You will coordinate product engagement, develop training materials, and partner with product teams to grow opportunities while ensuring quality and service excellence across channels.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years related experience.
• Prior HVAC; commercial and ductless product HVAC industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, will accept industry experience in lieu of degree.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate division sales objectives with COD and distributor partners.
• Act as Division Product Champion to develop product sales opportunities.
• Support product team with field feedback (VRV/AER groups) and resolve field quality issues.
• Produce training materials and service kits; assist in product transition meetings.
• Travel to field locations to resolve product problems escalated to management.
• Provide resources to engage TSMs and support COD/IND channels.
• No support for REP channel.
