Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor, seeks a Product Manager to own the strategy and lifecycle of assigned product categories. You will monitor market needs and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, and Inventory to shape pricing, promotions, and placement.

The role emphasizes relationships with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive growth, improve in-stock performance, and develop programs launching products to the market.

Qualifications

• Five years in product management or marketing; HVAC/R preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages the product life cycle for the assigned categories including product identification, placement, pricing, and promotion.
• Manages, cultivates and maintains relationships with external vendors; researches best products and pricing.
• Analyzes market segments to develop marketing plans; considers market size and trends.
• Creates marketing and sales initiatives; evaluates initiatives from market and financial standpoints.
• Coordinates with Purchasing to determine in-stock levels and data accuracy.
• Partners with vendors to identify promotional goals and methods.
