• Pursue Preventive Maintenance Agreement leads from New Business Development and nurture into long-term customers.
• Survey customer sites to determine HVAC maintenance needs.
• Estimate labor and materials using maintenance estimating software.
• Generate Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for various HVAC systems.
• Follow up with prospects to ensure understanding and execution of Maintenance Agreements.

Our Service Division is seeking a HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pursuing Preventive Maintenance Agreement leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customers
• Surveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needs
• Assessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating software
• Generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment
• Following up with prospective customers to ensure that they understand their maintenance agreement and the maintenance process and execute the Preventive Maintenance Agreement

• Basic level of HVAC knowledge preferred
