Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to join a growing regional contractor. You will sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities in Central & Northern NJ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling service and preventive maintenance agreements.
• Experience selling to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, and Property Management sectors.
• Candidates with other building systems sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management and Retail facilities.
• Develop and manage sales territory covering Central & Northern NJ.
• Promote company incentives and ensure customer satisfaction.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)
