LRSolutions, LLC in New Jersey is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive service and preventive maintenance agreements across Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory covers Central & Northern NJ (North of I-195).

This role offers a competitive base salary with commissions, a car allowance, and uncapped earnings. You will join an industry-leading team with growth opportunities and incentives for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling to facilities such as hospitals, schools, manufacturing, industrial parks, property management, and retail.
• Ability to work in a commission-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.
• Manage Central & Northern NJ territory (North of I-195).
• Develop new accounts and expand existing ones; meet or exceed sales targets.
• Represent the company with integrity and maintain confidentiality in communications.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience; however, we will also consider candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc..)
