Job summary

Accounting Search seeks an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management and Retail facilities in Central & Northern New Jersey (north of I-195). The role offers a competitive base salary, a car allowance, and uncapped commissions with residual income potential.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of HVAC sales experience in commercial settings and will grow with an industry

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management and Retail facilities.
• Cover Central & Northern NJ (North of I-195) and grow customer base.
• Aim for uncapped commission with a base salary and car allowance.
• Maintain confidentiality of all communications and work with an industry-leading team.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195)
