Job summary

Hickory Mechanical Inc. in Hickory, NC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative to grow our maintenance agreement business.

You will build relationships with facility decision-makers, prospect new customers, and close recurring contracts for service agreements. You will identify maintenance needs, develop proposals, and coordinate with the service team to align scope, pricing, and schedules.

Qualifications

• At least two years of successful experience selling commercial HVAC preventive maintenance or service agreements.
• Ability to generate leads, conduct meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close recurring maintenance contracts.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop new maintenance agreement business with targeted customers and retention goals.
• Evaluate facilities, document HVAC inventories, and craft maintenance proposals with pricing.
• Coordinate service delivery, staffing, and customer handoffs to ensure contract success.
• Manage sales activity, maintain records, and forecast pipeline. Track renewals.
