Job summary

Carolina Chillers, LLC is seeking a motivated HVAC professional to join as Maintenance Sales Representative in our Charleston, SC office. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for Preventative Maintenance Service Agreements, while supporting management with proposals and client relations for commercial facilities.

Candidates should have 5+ years in Sales/Business Development, experience with HVAC and Building Automation Systems, and strong network with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience with Mechanical HVAC and Building Automation Systems is desirable.
• Good rapport and network with Clients & Subcontractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and internet browsers.

Responsibilities

• Be able to self-generate leads through cold calling and other means of prospecting.
• Consult/investigate key business opportunities with a large range of customer contacts.
• Generate proposals and cost development sheets.
• Develop methods, create and give presentations.
• Research/network within various industries and with various customer bases.
