HVACEXEC.com Recruiters client in Westchester and surrounding counties seeks a Preventative Maintenance Agreement Sales Rep to grow the auto-renewal maintenance contract base and secure new accounts. You will identify prospects, present company offerings, price maintenance products, and close the sale while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.

You will use company tools to survey buildings, prepare tailored proposals, and report weekly activity to management.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to redeem annual booking quota by selling maintenance contracts.
• Maintain a suspect list of potential customers.
• Able to present proposals and close sales.
• Build positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Redeem annual booking quota through the sale of automatically renewable maintenance contracts in assigned markets and territory.
• Maintain a suspect list of at least 50 potential customers at all times.
• Proficient in obtaining first appointments and converting them into prospects.
• Make effective first-call presentations to determine interest and close opportunities.
• Survey a building to identify all mechanical equipment and understand system functionality.
• Price maintenance products and select best option for each prospect.
• Discuss ownership and maintenance costs with prospects across market types.
• Develop professional proposals tailored to each prospect's needs.
• Present proposals, overcome objections and close the sale.
• Represent the Company professionally to customers, prospects, and vendors.
• Participate in renewal, salvage, collection, or escalation of contracts as needed.
• Assist others in obtaining or retaining business in related offerings.
• Submit weekly reports detailing selling activity and bookings.
