Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a Building System Surveyor to support HVAC pre-sales by conducting on-site surveys and producing design deliverables. You will collaborate with COE engineers, manage subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with local regulations through a standardized process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years in HVAC operations/install/service or 8+ years in HVAC sales.
• Experience with IP networking concepts and CAD software.
• Proven communication, problem solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site mechanical equipment or control system surveys for pre-sale support.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for quotes and proposals.
• Prepare COE survey documentation and deliverables using Salesforce/SharePoint/Office 365.
• Review costing estimates with local management before submittal of deliverables.
• Maintain standardized survey forms and device placement drawings.
