Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in HVAC engineering with a focus on pre-sale activities such as estimating, system selection, and scope preparation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
• Excellent understanding of HVAC industry standards, energy codes, and building regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support & Technical Consultation: Collaborate with sales to understand requirements and prepare technical guidance.
• Estimating & Proposal Development: Detailed cost estimation and competitive proposals.
• HVAC System Selection & Design: Evaluate needs and recommend appropriate systems; prepare scope of work.
• Proposal Documentation: Prepare detailed technical proposals and specifications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, PM, Operations, and Sales for seamless transitions.
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
