Job summary

You will build a disciplined sales operation with clear cadence, pipeline visibility, CRM accuracy, and measurable targets, ensuring performance through coaching and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales leadership experience with direct revenue accountability.
• 5-7 years of sales experience in HVAC, mechanical service, construction, or related industry.
• Strong people management skills with proven leadership capabilities.
• Ability to communicate sales strategy and execution plans clearly.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable execution and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute revenue strategies across service agreements, quoted projects, repairs, and account growth initiatives.
• Align sales priorities with capacity, market conditions, and company goals.
• Establish measurable revenue targets and convert objectives into action plans.
• Lead initiatives to increase service agreement penetration and recurring revenue.
• Coach and develop sales team members and BDRs with clear expectations and feedback.
• Maintain structured sales cadences, CRM accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
• Hold team members accountable to defined goals and operational standards.
• Coordinate with operations, service, and account management to ensure alignment.
