Qualifications

• HVAC experience: minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• HVAC licenses: 06B or 06A; EL01 or EL02.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and improve technician productivity.
• Serve as primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage the service department budget focusing on cost control and profitability.
• Evaluate service processes for efficiency and quality improvements; implement best practices.
