Job summary

VO Brothers, a Quantum Industrial company, seeks a driven HVAC/R & Plumbing Account Manager to grow our service business and strengthen client relationships. You will lead sales for HVAC/R and plumbing, monitor financial performance, and coordinate across operations to meet contractual targets.

The role requires travel within Arizona, a strong background in contract management, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in HVAC/R or industrial services.
• Strong contract management and P&L oversight experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and service agreements.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for HVAC/R and plumbing services and grow client accounts.
• Oversee P&L, financial targets, and profitability initiatives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure contract renewals.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
