Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, account management, or business development in HVAC/R or industrial services.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for HVAC/R and plumbing services and manage client relationships.
• Oversee P&L, track financial targets, and improve profitability.
• Represent Quantum Industrial at trade shows and client meetings.
• Align service teams with company goals and improve processes.
