Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC/Plumbing Construction Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete full mechanical hvac and plumbing project from start-up to close-out.
• Fully understand and track the project's scope, schedule and budget from start to finish.
• Chose and review progress of other sub-contractors.
• Work with vendors and suppliers and ensure on-time delivery and best terms and pricing for materials.
• Attend preconstruction meetings.
• Complete on-site visits.
